Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center (Pathlight) Bellevue specializes in the treatment of mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders for adults of all genders. Here at Pathlight, we understand the ups and downs associated with anxiety, mood and trauma-related disorders. Some moments are OK and others feel dark, painful and hard. 

Mental health is a complex and individualized experience. Treatment should be tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each person. All programs at Pathlight are led by a multidisciplinary treatment team of compassionate, caring professionals who approach your distinctive needs with this in mind.

Partial Hospitalization Program in Bellevue

Our 5-day partial hospitalization program (PHP) emphasizes the development of lifelong recovery skills in a safe and nurturing environment. The program takes place Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm. It is designed to mimic a work week – giving you the support and structure you need during the week. On weekends, you will have time to practice the essential skills you learn in treatment

Intensive Outpatient Program in Bellevue

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a flexible treatment program that allows patients to work, go to school, or care for children during the day and sleep at home at night. This program takes place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 5-9pm
