Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center – located in the First Hill Neighborhood of Seattle, Washington – specializes in Residential treatment for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders for medically-stable children and adolescents, and adults.

Located on the 5th floor of the Swedish Medical First Hill Nordstrom Tower, we now offer separate Residential programming for children and teens, and adults. Our specialized treatment is designed to fill the gap between weekly outpatient therapy visits and inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

This residential level of care enables us to more readily meet all patient needs, and help them easily transition between levels of care within our Seattle locations. Our seven-day-per-week Residential Program offers comprehensive, mindfulness-based treatment approaches from compassionate professionals and a psychiatrist-led treatment team.

We partner with our patients, families and referents to provide the skills, tools and support needed to rebuild resilience and guide patients on a path to long-lasting mental wellness.
